iLife with Chris Moles
Domestic Abuse
January 21, 2024
8:45 a.m. in Trinity Hall

Trinity hosts iLife guest speakers as a means of informing our congregation on issues in the culture and how we should understand them from a biblical worldview.  This iLife on domestic abuse is sponsored by Trinity’s Restorative Care Ministry as a means of raising awareness for this issue while also helping us understand how to come alongside someone who is caught in such a relationship.

Rev. Chris Moles is our guest speaker for this iLife.  He is an ordained minister with the Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination and Senior Pastor of The Chapel (Winfield, WV).  Chris is a Certified Biblical Counselor (ACBC and IABC) and a trained group facilitator in domestic violence intervention and prevention. He holds a B.A. in Bible from Cedarville  College, an M.A. in Biblical Counseling from Faith Bible Seminary (Lafayette, IN), and is pursuing a D.R.E. from Cornerstone College of Virginia.  Chris is the author of The Heart of Domestic Abuse: Gospel Solutions for Men Who Use Control and Violence in the Home, a contributor to Becoming a Church that Cares Well for the Abused, and the editor of Caring for Families Caught in Domestic Abuse: A Guide toward Protection, Refuge, and Hope.

Following the iLife during Sunday School for all adult classes, Chris will conduct two training sessions at 3:00 and 4:30 PM. The training is for officers, ministry leaders and anyone who wants to learn how to come along side someone caught in domestic abuse. All are welcome to attend this training. Please RSVP at below  or contact Caroline Williams at cwilliams@trinitypca.org.
