1- Report to supervisor 20 minutes prior to start of service.

2- Supervisors ensure that door at front of the sanctuary is manned. Do NOT prop this door open.  Keep shut except when

people are entering.

3- No one is to be seated during the Introit, prayer, or Scripture reading.

4- Plate crew walks at (a) beginning of singing of Doxology, (b) beginning of last verse of offertory hymn, or (c) as invited down by the worship leader.

6- Person scheduled is responsible for providing substitute if necessary!!

7- Supervisors, be sure that an accurate attendance count gets turned in.

8- 7th man at 8:30 and 11:00 services is responsible for opening car doors, greeting visitors, and helping people up the steps

9- All ushers should wear their Trinity Church nametags
