How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news of happiness, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, “Your God reigns.” Isaiah 52:7
The Great Commission calls us to go to all the “nations” or “ethnae” in Greek. This means all ethno-linguistic people groups. Therefore, our strategy is built upon this fundamental purpose: reach all the people groups of the world with the good news of Jesus Christ.
Some people groups are Unreached, i.e., the gospel has not yet made significant inroads to this people group such that less than 2% of the culture has heard the gospel. There are over 6,000 unreached people groups in the world. We SEND cross-cultural church planters to people groups beyond the reach of established churches - Romans 15:20 …and thus I make it my ambition to preach the gospel, not where Christ has already been named, lest I build on someone else's foundation,
Some people groups are reached, but Unchurched, i.e., the gospel has reached the culture, but they have not yet been sufficiently gathered into a functioning church. Therefore, to these cultures we SUPPORT evangelists, church planters and Christian workers within the reach of established churches - II Corinthians 5:19-20 … that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.
Some people groups are churched, but still need help and partnership to fully become what God has called them to be. So, to the Churched, we EQUIP God’s people for the work of ministry - Ephesians 4:11-12 And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.
As with everything we do, we will work prayerfully by the Holy Spirit’s leading to glorify God as we seek to fulfill the Great Commission with the following Missions Values:
Unity of effort with the church leadership, congregation, missionaries, other agencies and national partners toward a common purpose of fulfilling the Great Commission. In essentials, unity; in non-essentials, liberty; in all things, charity.
Prayerful trust in God for the results.
Compassion for the Lost
Humbly serving the whole person – heart, mind, body and soul.
Prioritizing the investment of our resources on focused, measurable objectives so as to optimize our impact.
Engaging, equipping and empowering the entire congregation in our local and global initiatives.
